clio 197 door handle

My drivers door handle has stopped working from the outside and door wont stay shut (much like closing a door with no lock mechanism just swings back open) unless I push lock button either on dash or keycard. I have door card off but am stuck at removing the piece of handle that doesnt move to the left of handle. Have undone the t30 torx on door edge. Any help appreciated
