Evening all,

My mum's 207cc is showing no oil temp or no coolant temp even after a 30 minute drive.

It's odd that theyve both failed at the same time

Any ideas?

Have you had it scanned for faults?.. either a generic code reader or PSA Diagbox...

Might give you a clue... otherwise... you could try a reset... disconnect the battery and if possible leave for a couple of hours then reconnect... should be fine then unless as I say...something else is lurking

Diagbox is the best..if you know someone who has it... I do load of 2 tronic/Sensodrive/Egs gearbox reprogramming with mine...among other things...

I haven't, good call. I have an OBDII scanner somewhere.

Check to see what coolant temperature values the ecu sees.

If you don't have access to a diagbox/pps2000, you could try a BSI reset procedure:

Okay no error codes, the coolant temp ECU is the same as the gauge displays too so it looks like the thermostat may be at fault.

Problem is finding a thermostat though, for an EP6 1.6 Puegeot 207 CC, and not paying £75!!
