That will be the old TU engine and when they first appeared in 205`s a cam belt change was part of the 72000 mile service.Of course 206`s are serviced every 20K and I recommend the belt be replaced during the 80K service. It has to be one of the most easiest cam belt jobs so if the car is around 80K do it for piece of mind.

Thanks, the car is a 15k "55" belonging to MIL. I think it had a belt change in 2010/11 not sure if I ought to do it again with the spring service. She will probably sell the car in the Autumn so not wishing to spend more than necessary.

If it had a belt change in 2010/11 and its only done 15K from new I would leave well alone.
