high mile Clio mk3

The missus wants a Clio mk3 for her next car. She has a specific spec (the word compromise fall on deaf ears, must be 5 door, blue or black 1.4/1.2tce and preferably with a sunroof)
There are a few lowish mileage okayish to good condition 1.4s for around the 3500-4k mark (that's her budget) but I've also noticed there's a couple high mile tce's with FSH and good condition for similar money. Would these be a ticking time bomb or would be generally okay for another 4-5 years and 30k ( she won't do much mileage) ? What's the typical lifespan of turbos/other pricey parts? Are there any major problems with the the engines?

I've got a 1.2 TCE , pretty decent engine, gutsy and fast, nothing wrong with mine since I've had it. In terms of trim go for a dynamique one, a few extra bits and bobs that make the car nicer to be in.
