I had an oil and filter / minor service on my Megane last September on 22,673 miles (previous service was February on 22,004 miles) as having cambelt / aux belt / waterpump and spark plugs done anyway.

Work was done at local non-franchise Subaru specialist who I trust and seem brilliant at everything (and one of the staff has a 'hot' Clio).

Dashboard has been saying something like "11,000 Miles to Service" ever since then, although I wasn't really paying attention.

Tonight, on 23,850 miles, it has suddenly gone to "Service Due".

Fault, or do I need to do something?

They are meant to be serviced annually - the indicator changes to "Service Due" when you are 4 weeks from the anniversary of the last service.

So it looks like your "specialist" didn't reset the service indicator doesn't it?

Don't know about the R26 but on the 265 it also has a time countdown (in months) alongside the mileage countdown. I'm guessing the R26 has this too but is hidden?
