Some inconsiderate individual has smashed into my front drivers door and buggered off without leaving a note, looking to get a second hand door off ebay.
My car is a Clio MK3 facelift in blue (59 Plate), the one on ebay is MK3 prefacelfit (57 plate) (Blue) , will the door fit? Also are the 2 blues the same shade?

As long as it's the same as yours, 3dr or 5dr, you'll be fine, only difference on a facelift is front bumper and headlights. Even the wings are the same

Colours will most likely be different. The door will probably physically fit but you would likely have to swap the loom and ancillaries from the old door as there maybe wiring/motor differences in the facelift. Not a precise answer but should help you a bit.

But Im pretty confident the various blues from preface to facelift are different shades

Not sure if I am allowed to paste links like this, apologies if its wrong

This first on is the same one as mine but mines 5dr http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?6766...

This is the one I've found on ebay, 3dr and pre facelift http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/57-Renault-Clio-5-Dr-Mk-...

I just have a feeling the pre facelift blue is slightly darker in shade compared to the post facelift

That's extreme blue. Should be the same, it may just be a shade different (but you'll never get a perfect match anyway)

The other option would be to get the door dented out, and then filler applied and resprayed or get a brand new door. not too sure as I'm awaiting quotes at the moment.

I've also noticed that the car is drifting to the left when driving along, I had the track rod done in September, started ever since it was driven into. From my eyes, it just looks like the door needs doing, but could it be something more serious and hidden?
