Anyone got any suggestions as to why? Had a mobile mech out to it and he's replaced a couple of switches but fans still running doubly fast. Mech suggests a wiring fault but after 5 hours left scratching his head!
Not impressed for £150 and not cured.
Wondered if anyone else has had the same issues

Reading the title, I was wondering if the 308 had any enthusiasts getting upset over something!

Anywhoo..... are you talking about the heater blower or the engine cooling enthusiasts?

If it's the heater blower running at max all the time, there may be a control module under the dash that needs replacing. I just had that with my 406. Cured for £25 off ebay.

Have a look between the fans,if there is a triangularish box with 3 relays inside try replacing the relays.I only have one customer with one of these so i'm not very familiar with the setup, but this is a common fix on many peugeot and citroen of earlier vintage.
