Meganne 2008 headlight repair/removal

My daughters 2008 Meganne front headlight is out. I know how to change the bulb it however the metal receiver that takes the bulb has come away from the unit itself when she took it to Halfords. It was I think originally glued into place however it is almost impossible to try and see what's required so it's probably a headlight unit out job but I've no idea how this is done. Any ideas or links of how to do this??

easy enough, remove front bumper ,to get to the 2 lower fixings,hardest bit is prying the top part of the bumper off the headlight without snapping the headlight clips,bit fragile.

I have secured it with Superglue for the time being and will see how long that lasts!!!
