Is it worth the £10/year fee?

Are there many meets? Let alone any in Scotland?

Just had a look in the Scottish sub-forum and they are planning a meet at the moment.

I thought membership was well worth it over the 2.5 years I had mine

I've been a member for about 3 years - since I bought my 250.

Really glad I signed up. Lots of help and advice on there. Well worth the membership fee compared to other clubs that charge a heck of a lot for not a lot more.

Yep.. a really good helpful bunch, and a few of the guys will do the work on your car cheap. (and they are Renault techs etc).

Just had my hub bearings done, OS Gater fixed, half shaft bearing and holder replaced (with new Gearbox oil) for £210 all in by one of the Renault Techs from bristol.

Id say it depends on which Megane you have.

There seems to be alot of worthy content if you are a Mk2 owner, the Mk3 section however is lucky to have 3 active topics per 24hours which doesnt seem to warrant the membership fee in my opinion.

I'd imagine there's less content for the MK3 as they're younger and generally have less issues at the moment

My understanding is the forum has been sold out to a big firm. Giving no support to mods or site updates. Also now doesn't work with tapatalk only autoguide which they own, is loaded with ads and very poor.

Given the number of postings on RSMegane I wouldn't say it's a mass exodus...
