Wobbly seat in xsara

Coming upto MOT time and since i've owned it the drivers seat has only locked in a few of the positions. Now it's also developed a wobble. Anyone else had this issue?

I think its just the runners, as the part bolted to the floor doesnt wobble, but can't find anywhere online (not even the 'bay of e') that sells clips, or even the entire runners. Am i resigned to going to the stealers for them?

(its a '02 vtr hdi by the way)
