Hi ,

A couple of weeks ago my rear wiper started playing up, It would be very temprimental, stopping halfway up or just not working at all etc. About a week ago now the wiper has completely stopped working but I have noticed when I turn the rear wiper on theres a slight clicking noise comming from the glove box area, I'm really no good with cars and diagnosing problems but I'm assuming this means I need a new rear wiper motor? or could it be a bad earth?

thanks for reading

Possible the motor, you really need to check some wiring though. Could be that the wiring is broken where it passes through into the tailgate, but also the connector block under the carpet by the passenger seat suffers from water ingress, usually caused by plenum chamber drains being blocked.

I did have a leak recently caused by a blocked drain on both sides. The carpet and back of glove box did get pretty wet at times. Blockage was caused by a build of pine needles.
