Clio 172 Cup without full service history

I'm planning on looking at a 172 cup on Saturday and its priced fairly competitively however would you be concerned by it not having a full service history? Its on 95k with 6 stamps in the book and cambelts changed at 42k and 92k. It looks great in the photos and doesn't appear to have any modifications from a brief chat with the dealer whose valeter the car used to belong to.
Focus on condition and who carried out the last belt service (inc dephaser?) How much are they asking?
Check 3rd gear syncro, any noises from suspension, should be no play in steering.
My old cup had reams of history and still needed £800 in odds and sods. Old hot hatch - buy on condition.
