renault traffic problems

A friends purchased a used traffic (2.0dci 115) and having a few problems.
The van was making a knocking noise so they've replaced track rod ends, anti roll bar bushes, then another has replaced drive shaft and crank shaft dampner, however you can still feel a vibration when driving and if you accelerate briskly it wobbles.
I think they've also had to rebuild top end of the engine and change cambelt!
Any suggestions as to what might be making the van vibrate?
