Peugeot 308 Head Unit Ipod interface

Hi all

A mate wants an Iphone interface for his pug 308 with an RD4 head unit. We have found the following on Amazon and were wondering if anyone had used one and if so, are they plug and play (other than routing cables etc) and any good?

I have seen on some websites you need to switch the Iphone to flight mode, can anyone confirm thios or otherwise?
