Hi all,

I've got a 05 Picasso (don't laugh, it was a desperation purchase and it's been fine so far).

I'm just about to go over 75k, and wondering if there are things that I should be replacing before they go bang.

Should I have the cam belts, turbo etc replaced, just in case they are in imminent danger of letting me down?

Any help or advice gratefully received.

2ltr diesel.

it's been a tank so far, only tyres, brakes and wipers.

I guess that you wouldn't change the springs and bearings until you had a reason to?

Thanks for the repsonse btw.

Pretty sure cambelt interval is 100,000. Mine's just eaten its original clutch at 120,000 or so (but then I did remap it.....it never slipped before I did that!)

Ditch the EGR valve, that's always worth doing. Otherwise just hammer it around til something breaks, that's all I'm doing!
