Hello All

I am making a complaint against my Citroen Dealer at the moment and I have wrote a letter to Citroen UK weeks ago and they have not got back to me. Does anyone know if they deal with things or is the address I sent it to just one big paper recycling plant?

Hmmm, we had a cmplaint against a dealer a few years ago and contacted Citroen. the person we spoke to was similarly concerned and tried to resolve things with e dealer but even he couldn't sort it out for us. In the end he said he'd make some sort of official mark against the dealer and this would count against them when the franchise was up.

We thought it was all a bit of a con and just wrote it all off to experience.

However, earlier this year the dealer folded and has been replaced by what they say is a new dealership. We still have our doubts though - surely the new management would just reemploy many of the existing staff?

Anyway, we did get hold of someone in the end in Slough - but it took tears on behalf of my wife to start to make them aware that we weren't pulling the wool over their eyes / ears and that we had a genuine complaint.

I suppose they must have many complaints each day and they need to sort wheat from chaff?

I emailed Citroen CS with a comment about their 'configurator' giving wrong information.
I got an email back from someone who I would guess doesn't have english as a first language.
So I'd say that Citroen CS is a complete was of time.

Hi

Did you write to Slough? If you did it has probably lost because Citroen have now moved head offices to Coventry!

Best idea is to tweet @citroenuk on twitter because is gets seen by everybody and they will usually get on it pretty quick!

Cheers for the advice guys. I got a reply from them but it is what I was expecting which was we dont really want to help you out. The twitter idea is great. I shall be looking at that and planning my next move.
