I bought this car in May this year so I'm experiencing cold weather in it for the first time. And it doesn't seem to like warming up very quickly.
Without the heater on 3-4 miles
With the heater set at 21 degrees and fan on low 8-9 miles
With the demist fan running Never
I don't whack the car when it's cold only driving between 30 -40mph and low revs.
Assuming the thermostat is faulty, where is it on the engine and how difficult is it to replace?
P.S. When the engine is at normal temperature, if I push the front windscreen defrost button, the engine temperature actually drops a bit.
