Hifi upgrade for RS182, £400 budget. Any ideas?

Hi, I want to upgrade the speakers and head unit in my new Clio 182, but not really sure what's the best set up for £400.
iPod integration or an Aux point are essential, as is decent punch speakers. But I don't need a bass bin or anything like that!
Just looking for some advice.
