renault clio 1.2 16v dynamic passenger seat air bag deployed

My daughter spun her clio yesterday in the wet. it hit the kerb quite hard on the n/s/r wheel taking a large chunk out of the rim. the force of the impact also caused the passenger seat airbag to go off. The car will now not start.it turns over but does not fire, i assume that there is a fuel cut off somewhere but cannot see any reset buttons under the bonnet. The car is a renault clio 1.2 16v on a 51 plate. Any ideas? thanks pete.

Not sure about the fuel cut out, but those seat airbags do seem to go off really quite easily. My friends 1.2 Clio was written off after she scraped the sill on a boulder and the seat airbag went off.
