what petrol should I use?

I only picked this up yesterday and love it already. I'd like to run it on V Power but I have to go some way out of my usual routes to get to a Shell garage. What do the rest of you run yours on?

Why don't you try it on 2 tanks fulls of what you want to test and then see?

I'll keep an eye out for you, i'm often in Crawley and between there and Reigate and Redhill AND Horsham way smile

Excellent. I'm East Grinstead way so I'm sure our paths will cross at some point!

My 172 feels very flat on normal unleaded.
I run mine on the super from my local sainsburys. 96ron I think. It doesnt run any better on any of the expensive stuff. Just stick any super in is my advice.

I use tesco momentum or vpower. Used the RS tuner to write a 98ron map on the car. Runs poorly on poverty fuel.

Super must beat least 97 smile

I don't see much difference between V power and usual petrol tbh. Think I might get slightly poorer MPG from Asda's regular stuff, but it's a few pence per litre cheaper so it's 6 and half a dozen.

My 172 Cup runs noticably better on V power or Tesco 99, Though it does have the rsTuner 98ron map.
Incidently I would recommend rsTuner www.fastchip.nl, it made the low and mid range smoother.
