106 Help Please

My lad just picked up one of these little beasties as a first car.

Could anyone please tell me what this bulb circled in the pic below does? I've found tail light, brake light, fog light, reversing light and indicator,but van't work out what this one does. TIA.

Does the same bulb on the other side do anything. Could be there but just not wired up, in typical french car fashion

Neither light up.

Replaced both bulbs and all working properly again as 2nd tail lights.
