Clio 3 Dash Display

Hi,

We've got a 1.4 Clio Mk3 and the digital display for mileage/mpg etc is playing up...

The backlight always comes on but sometimes the information doesn't show then all of a sudden during the journey it might pop up, and then disappear again... Seems to be happening most when it's hot?!?

Is this a common/known problem and what should be done to fix it? For most of the eyar it works fine.
