Laguna II Facelift - Did they iron out the elec problems ?
Discussion
Get the latest car possible. Personally, I would avoid the 1.9 Dci 130 as it has a DPF and needs servicing with expensive oil every 9k/12m. However, the 2.0DCi 150 is a superb engine, and chain drive.
If the cars you see have fully operational electrics at 5> years old, you should be OK. Make sure both keys operate fully.

I have a lag2a I don't think I'd buy one out of warranty
my rear lights stopped working so i thought i'd get a wiring loom out a scrappy only to find 5 lags in the scrappy, all with butchered wiring looms.
it's not all bad though. 2003, 80k miles, only things to go wrong in the 2 years i've had it, both front springs broke, tre's lower ball joints, the rear bushes and the clutch/dmf seem to be on their way out...

Looking at a 55 plate 1.9 dci 120, 6 speed and belt done (76k on clock) - any opinions/experiences please ?
check the clutch isn't slipping and rattle from the dmf on startup, make sure all the doors lock with the central locking and that all the rear lights work, check the springs all round havn't snapped and if there is clunking from the rear as this will be the rear bushes.Gassing Station | French Bred | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
