Thanks , pick it up today £500 tax'd mot'd 103k, y reg 1 owner full service history.
The guy used to use it for hospital transport but has stopped now , so car's been serviced etc on the button at main dealer.
Little bit worried about the horror stories about the diesel engine but at the end of the day it's only cost me £500 .
Any other tips to keep it in good working order?

Fill it up when you put fuel in it makes the eolys oil last longer .Pretty reliable mechanically given regular servicing.Rear calipers corrode against the mounting, they are an arse to remove but can be cleaned up and reused.Front caliper pistons rotate in opposite directions to push back, the most common mistake is people wind the piston out of the caliper .
If it hasn't had the spheres changed, they'll need doing or it will ride like an old bus. Change the fluid at the same time. GSF for bits - cheap as chips.
May be worth changing the diesel lift pump in the tank - if they go, they can send particles in the fuel which can then wreck the HP pump with expensive results.
Crank damper pulley will give trouble at about 120k. Change it before then to avoid a breakdown - c.£40-odd IIRC is cheap insurance.
