I've always like the shape of these (and I found out Trevor Fiore drives one) what's the 2.2 diesel like? There's a good looking one for sale near me at reasonable money.

lovely looking car probably down to the Ferrari that was being designed with it . We had a pool 406 estate with that engine and it was pretty good .

Emissions particulate filter system. It needs attention about 80,000 miles can cost thick end of £700 to replace/clean out filter.Sensors fail, fluid tank requires refilling, £150 at similar mileage.there are starting to be firms offering cleaning on the car.Not sure how effective it is but considerably cheaper.Or some places will remove it and trick the elctronics into believing it's still there.

All said and done ? They still are a lovely car.The V6 is a lot quieter, smoother, faster but of course the diesel will do twice the MPG.

Yeah we're Peugeot main dealers (so bound to be a little biased!) and I've been waiting for about the last 5 years for one of these to come in part ex so I can use it as my daily driver. Plenty of 2.0l petrols but never the HDi. Would snap one up in an instant. I'd take one over the 407 coupe any day.
