Clio 200's - what are people paying brand new?

I saw a new matt grey 200 Raider on a Renaultsport forecourt about 2 weeks ago, price was 21,696!! I honestly nearly shat when I saw the price, I even took a picture of the screen price as really couldn't believe it.
