If it's definitely that mount causing the problem then undo the 4 bolts that hold the mount to the chassis pull the engine as far forwards as possible then retighten. This should help but I would suspect that your problem is with the dogbone mount (the mount that is at the rear under the manifold)
The dogbone is a favourite culprit. But usually you would notice excessive gear stick movement when coming on/off throttle...say in 3rd or 4th, just gently apply, release the throttle and see the movement in the stick itself...they do move, but if you can pop it out of gear then it'll definately be the lower dogbone g/box mount!
