Pug 205 1.8 diesel electrical issues - horn, washer jets etc

hi all. Had to change the battery in my pug 205 over the weekend, as it'd gone super flat. that went fine, however now i dont have front washer jets, horn, rear screen demister or the cigarette lighter socket working.

Did a check of the fuses and they're all ok, none are blown and all are the correct rating.

Any ideas? The washer jets (or lack thereof) is really irritating me at this time of year as all the crap on the roads is now covering my windscreen!

If all was working before the battery was removed it must be an "elbow problem" go back and check around battery box for damaged earths etc.Also if I remember some of the old 205`s had extra small leads going to the battery terminals? if they are left off the car starts and runs ok but various things will not operate.
