Breaking a Clio 172?

Last week the day before I was due to sell my 127k miles Clio 172 the power steering pump failed and took with it the aux belt and tensioner. Being as i'm not mechanically minded it looks as though this would cost me about £500 to get fixed which to be honest i don't want to spend and i haven't got any time in the next few weeks to get it sorted.
so i reckon my options are to shift the car as it is but i have no idea what it's worth, £500 maybe? or would it be worth me advertising the bits on ebay and letting people come along and take what they need
any ideas on what the best option is?
