A first for Renault, Raider is finished in matt i.d paintwork:
- Matt Stealth Grey or Matt Diavolo Red
Other standard equipment includes:
- Gloss black roof, rear spoiler, front blade, rear diffuser and door mirrors
- 18" gloss black Interlagos alloy wheels
- Bridgestone RE050A tyres (as fitted to the record breaking Trophy 265)
- Cup chassis
- Extra tinted rear windows and tailgate
- Raider badge
- Leather Recaro seats
- Zinc grey centre console and fascia inserts
- White rev counter
- Renaultsport gearknob
- Bluetooth
- USB connectivity
- Climate control
- Renaultsport carpet mats
- Raider plaque
- Choice of Renaultsport Monitor or Carminat TomTom Live naviagtion system

I'm not sure where I stand with this. On the one hand I think it looks great (especially in red), but for me a new wheel and tyre package simply does not go far enough for a final send-off for the 200. I wasn't expecting something so extreme as the R26.R due to its poor sales, but the way Vauxhall have gone with their Corsa Nürburgring is much more like it. I really don't think an LSD is too much to ask, especially considering I suspect this Raider edition will not be at all cheap.

It is just another marketing exercise.
They seem to think these limited editions are going to attract people, but unlike the R27 for example they're just not as exclusive as they need to be.
There have been people driving round in their 197/200s on those exact wheels for years and who really wants a matt paint job that won't be so matt in a year after you've washed it every other weekend.
