Can anyone tell me if the front airbags have been deployed (I have bought an accident damaged Peugeot 107 petrol), does the airbag ECU module control the fuel pump relay and stop the fuel flow in the same way as the inertia switch on the old Sierras.

Also, where is the sensor for the front airbags - my engine is out and I can`t see anything in the engine compartment that resembles a sensor?

The airbag ECU cuts the fuel pump but resets when the ignition is turned off then back on again and should restart. The front airbags sensor is mounted inside the airbag ECU which sits on the transmission tunnel just in front of the gear stick so new ECU will be required.

Thanks for that.
Mine may have another fuel problem. Cannot hear fuel pump running when the ignition is on. The fuse is ok, but haven`t located the fuel pump relay yet.
The car will fire with Easystart, so it is definately a fuel issue.
Thanks again Rab E.
