Peugeot 307 Hdi drivebelt HELP!!!

My 307 threw its drivebelt leaving me stranded 10 mile from home, I've got the car home and have a replacement belt, but on closer inspection the belt tensioner is shot,

'IF' I can locate a replacement one in the morning can anyone advise HOW to change it (as there's no mention of it in the haynes) also any idea how long a job it is, as I've desperately got to get it fixed for work Monday.

Managed to find a replacement tensioner and on route to collect, can ANYONE please offer advise of how to remove

Sussed it was a pig of a job mainly due to the poor design of the tensioner
