Using Bio Diesel??

Hi there, can anyone tell me if they have used Bio Diesel in a 206 HDI 1.4 engine and whether or not it causes problems??? Just bought a wee car derived van for commuting to work etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated....cheers

The 1.4 HDi is prone to injector problems and it's an a**e of a job to change them.

Never run a HDi on anything other than clean diesel or you're asking for bother.

Some people may get away with it but I know from experience it can and does, on occassions f**k them up.

Ill second that dont do it HDI pumps run at a very high presure and you will just fk up the pump, a non HDI you might get away with but it will still almost def shorten the life of the pump after a while.
