Clio 182 brake upgrade problem

Mates got a 182 cup with a four pot upgrade & now the master cylinder is showing signs of failing.

Is this a common problem? Could it be completely unrelated?

Can a megane r26 master cylinder be fitted as an upgrade?

I've not heard of 4 pots causing any master cylinder problems. You may get a bit more travel than standard depending on the piston area if higher on the 4 pots.

Never seen a meg cylinder used.

Wow - 4 pots on a 182 ??? The standard set up is awesome (with decent pads)... 4 pots must be mental !
