2.2 dci engine

Over on the renaultforums.co.uk there are 20 plus occurences of the 2.2dci simply exploding very shortly after the fuel injection warning light shows, any one here had a similar experience?

The inlet manifold crack's and then the crankcase gets pressurized from the incoming boost,and then at the least blow's out the blanking cap to the hp pump and then blows oil all over the place, I wouldn't say that the engine light is gonna tell you of imminent explosion lol but worth getting it checked out ASAP but the light could be on for many reasons
