Just got off the phone to my mate asking me for help with his daughters Clio.
Its 53 plate, 1.2.
When he presses the right hand electric window down button, the right hand indicator starts flashing. Bringing the window back up is ok.
Left hand window is fine.
Anyone got any ideas where to start looking for the fault. Any help gratefully received.

Weird faults like that on a Clio 2 generally stem from a faulty uch you will find it under the passenger dash,

thanks for the response.
Further investigation today is also pointing towards uch. Sounds expensive to fix as it will need reprogramming

cant remember the price of them tbh, they dont take long to program just have to change the settings to suit the cars spec, via clip/laptop

Thanks agian. If I could find a good secondhand one from the same age/model car would I just be able to plug that it or would it need the chassis/engine number programming in. I software available on line

My rear break lights kept flashing and coming on when I indicated, it all started with lights on the dash partially lighting up then moving on. Turned out the wires around the rear lights had corrosion and caused it to do this! Had to replace wiring and light clusters. Just a thought probs something similar.

Needs keys/immobiliser programming. Dont get used one, you may find software/someone to reprogramme it but they aren`t expensive really. Only takes an hour to replace and programme.
