Buoyed by actually managing to finish my Lotus Elan, Porsche GT3 and Land Rover I'm embarking on another homage to a member of the fleet.

As predicted, the kit is a little rough'n'ready, with some poor fit and plenty of moulding marks - there's certainly a gulf between this and the Revell Land Rover in terms of quality.

I found the plastic pretty soft, and parts broke or bent easily (or I just don't have sufficient dexterity). There is also something of a contradiction in the quality with there being some nice detail moulded into the parts; I'm just not skillful enough to be able to highlight them well (the body badges and lettering, windscreen wipers etc.).

However, it's the only choice for a '66 Mustang at this scale, so I'm glad to have done it. biggrin
