Hi all, probably been asked before but anyway. Any one know if any griff, T350 or chims were made in 1/18 scale models and if so where can i get hold of them? Been looking in various model sites but cant seem to find any. I already have a tuscan and a sag in that size but cant seem to find any of the others. Any help would be much appreciated.

None of those are available, there were plans for a cerbera about 3 years ago but not heard anything since.

Okay mate, thanks for that. Will probably just have to settle for the 1/43 scale then.

SMTS (the makers of the kits in the link above, make the following TVR models;

TVR Griffith 500
TVR Tuscan (open)
TVR Tuscan (closed)
TVR Chimaera
TVR Cerbera
TVR V8S

which are available in both kit and built form. Be aware that the built models paint is a touch heavy handed.

That's 'cos they use twin-pack paint which dries much quicker than acrylic or cellulose (typically rock-hard in as little as 2 hours) and is therefore more suited to a mass-production process.

Best to buy the kit and build it.

It's more likely the thick layer of filler primer they apply before the colour coat. Stripped a few of them now, all the same.
