Twist on the 'what car' theme
Discussion
Something 'fitting' to add to the fleet, perhaps?
I was thinking GT40 as the best fit but a quality, affordable 1:18 does not appear to exist. Mclaren F1, Ferrari 355 I liked the idea of but I don't think they'd sit quite right on the same shelf as these two. Needs to be a really nice model as I'm a fussy bugger, the 'rarri is Kyosho and the Lambo AutoArt.
Suggestions?
I wanted to put together a small selection of my faves over the years, but only good quality models. The ones I came up with were:
Kyosho - Ferrari 250GTO (as per yours)
Kyosho - Lambo Miura
Kyosho - Austin Healey 100/6
CMC - Ferrari 250GT SWB
Exoto - AC 260 first car
Minichamps - Alfa Romeo 2000 spider
Think the CMC model or the Exoto would easily satisfy the quality criteria, and are true classics. Only other one I have my eyes on is the Kyosho Ferrari Daytona - but I'm limiting myself to 6 cars (I've seen how this hobby can take over spare rooms etc)

Exoto stuff is stunning but I really can't justify their price tags You have got me looking at Alfa Romeos of which there seems to be a nice collection of the pretty 602/70s stuff
427 Cobra is a good call too - who does a nice one without bending over too far on price?
Kyosho do a nice 427, about £45 or thereabouts.427 Cobra is a good call too - who does a nice one without bending over too far on price?
