Can someone please point me in the direction of an online shop where I can find a good selection of modeling tools?

I don't think you can but RS Components or Maplins is a good place to start.
Needle files, various small cutters, micro saw, various tweezers, clamps, grades of sandpaper, 2 or 3 badger hair brushes etc is what I tend to have left now.

Not on-line no but Squires will send you out a very comprehensive catalogue and have always given a very good telephone service.

Best place I've found as he really does get his mits on everything and most of the time he is cheaper than most other places.

I highly recommend his Micro Mesh finishing kit. Got one ages ago and it's still going strong and gets alot (Great for restoring watch cases too smile )
