I know this has been a touchy subject for you and I can sympathise to a degree, but the last item I bought from them, not a sale line, was cheaper than on eBay.
I'm not saying use them exclusively above all others but the constant sniping at them (generally, not singling you out) is contrary to my experiences over a number of years of dealing with them.
