I've had a quick skim of ebay and a few shops found through google, but nothing shouted at me.

Don't want to spend extortionate amounts of money (up to around 40 quid is fine). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Bump; nobody?

Seem to be a million stores out there but I've no idea who is reputable and/or what brands I should be looking at laugh

I would suggest investigating AUTOart, Kyosho, Minichamps, Exoto and even Revell. There are some extremely good 1:18th models around now.

However, saying that, I've just done some work on a Jadi Elise and the paint finish was possibly the worst I have ever experienced.
I've since had a nose around some Sun Star models and they are quite reasonable for the price as well.

Autoart & Sunstar both make the UR quattro in 1/18. The Autoart is much better.

The AUTOart jobbie is fantastic sir. I hope that you manage to track one down - i think ebay will be your friend for this. Avaiable in various colours. A few pics of mine to whet your appitite smile

And yes it isn't a UR but still a Quattro....

1:18 scale, around £50. You will not find better in the sub £100 bracket.
