I've got a Schumacher Fusion M3 which i've had for a few years but only used a couple of tanks of fuel in it, but last time I used it I hit a kerb and cracked the rear wishbone. Does anyone know where I can get replacement parts for it? I would ideally like to upgrade the wishbone's etc. to something a bit more durable.

I was also thinking of turning it into something with a bit more of an off-road bias which will make it a bit more usable. IIRC when I bought it there was a truck option, would it be easy to convert it? I assume the chassis etc. is the same.

The Fusion is a pretty decent road car, I would bother trying to convert it as you will find yourself messing around too much.
You'd be better of buying a buggy which is designed for bumpy stuff and you will have a lot more fun. you could sell the fusion and fund most of the cost of a buggy.

Agree wirh above.
Also on the upgrading wishbones bit, there may be companies that do aluminium, or perhaps RPM do uprated parts, but that will just move the problem to the next weakest link. Best replace the wishbones with standard items, which should be cheap enough to get hold of.
Don't bother converting to a truck of buggy. It can get expensive, you can easily get a fantastic Hyper 7 for around £180 delivered from a certain auction site.

The Fusion is pretty good, the only damage i did was just after fitting the high gear kit and smacking it into a kerb, shortening the chassis by 5mm on one side and splitting the crank case hehe

Schumacher replaced it all FOC as they were amazed at the damage and wanted to inspect it smile

If you call The Race Place they should be able to supply the parts, they don't have it listed online, but thats where i got all my kit from.
