The dealers and traders won't like me saying this but........eBay. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience, as long as you're careful with who you buy from, and the choice and variety is amazing. It's also the best measure of the true worth of anything and very occasionally you'll find someone who has listed something incorrectly or doesn't know what it is and you'll pick up a real bargain smile

wavey Howdo fella

Thats what Ive been doing for the past few weeks and I have seen some things wrongly listed that havent made a bean, one of which was a BMW M3 touring car which I was going to bid on until I noticed damage to the paintwork on the wing so changed my mind. So far all of my purchases have been on Ebay smile

So far Ive managed to get the Del Prado (which are damn fine models for the price) pieces:

R.Burns 2000 Impreza
1967 Lola T70 MkIII
Ford GT Mk2 Le mans
1970 Toyota 7 Le Mans
And the BRE Datsun 240Z. 66 Racing Cobra & D Type jag which are on their way, all for less than £22

Im quite selective in what Im buying and I must admit, trawling Ebay for last minute bargains has become fun hehe

Seen some lovely older Porsche GTs on there which I MUST get my hands on, plus a Jaguar XJR6/9/12 which Ive gotta get smile

eBay all the way now for me. We don't need mail-order companies dominating this sector anymore and the quicker collectors see that, the harder they will fall bandit
