Kyosho EDF jets

Has anyone got one of these. I'm looking at the F16 which seems very impressive on paper and looks good too.

From what I remember, EDFs are always a bit marginal on power so tend to either not fly that well, are tricky at low speed or are a bit fragile (or a combination of all of the above). I expect LiPos and brushless motors have helped mind...
