Here is my 1:24 AMT General Lee plastic kit, which i have done as a bit tatty round the edges as you would imagine it to be in real life, and drifting around a right hand bend. I have just finished ' dirtying ' it with my airbrush.

If all goes to plan, it will be sitting on a dirt road im in the process of making, while being chased by a same scale and make A Team van, in a similar dirty state!!

It doesn't come with a 1/24 scale Daisy Duke then?

It does, but just like the real one, she is old, cracked and quite a bit worn!!

Very nice, good work.

Once the kids have grown up, I might just get back into model making...

The level of weathering is just about perfect - well done I like it a lot.

Is it a kit specifically of the General or a generic charger kit that you've adapted?

Cheers

Its a proper General Lee kit from AMT, but its generally poor quality and the rear window design is wrong. It has taken quite a few hours to get it looking like that, if you wanted the car to look mint condition, it would probably take twice as long.
