1/10th Off Road RC Clubs SY Area
Discussion
Hi, I raced 10th off road electric Buggies many moons (8years) ago at Batley Buggy Club: www.batleybuggyclub.co.uk/ I also traveled the north of england to various tracks to compete in regional level meetings too.
I always enjoyed Worksop indoor track and took part in their winter series for a few years.
(Sorry can't find any info for this club now).
Batley may seem a fair distance for you to travel but the outdoor track in summer is up to national race standards, as is the indoor one too. Both well worth a visit.
Hope this helps.
Ps you've got me hooked again now, must look for new toy!!!

It is a bit far and racing seems to take up a whole day rather than a half day. Good for me, but bad news in terms of brownie points!!!! Thanks for the ino I think I will check it out though,
Ted
I think Batley is the most popular these days. I used to race 1/10th off road at Batley, Aire Valley, Rotherham and Worksop clubs about 15 years ago. I think only Batley remains for off road and know for a fact Worksop isn’t around any more.

i used to race at in the north east regionals, Aire valley, Batley, Harrogate, Worksop, Rotherham an Teeside. I know that Aire valley and Harogate no longer exist an Teeside pretty much just run touring cars. Not sure about Worksop? Batley and the Worksop outdoor tracks were my favourite. Aire valley was awesome but used to cost a fortune in tyres to race there every month an I used to get them cheap from my mispent youth working at Modelsport
