Water Transfers.

I need help with either making water transfers,or if there is someone out there that can make them up to my design.
I have asked how to do it before but am struggling to get my head around it ,here is a photo of the sort of transfers i want in 1/50 scale ,also 1/76 scale.
It would probably be best if you are near to my area to make things easy.
I am willing to pay the going rate.
