Electric R/C Aircraft batteries
Discussion
Santa brought me a R/C stealth bomber for Christmas last year and I still havent successfully flown it. The battery for it is a NiMH 4*2/3 AAA 300mAh, what would I need to charge this from the mains? I have a charger from a R/C car that outputs 7.2V at 250mA can I use it to charge it? The charger that came with the aircraft is a battery powered quick charger that uses 6 D batteries, I can't see any details of its output on it.
Hopefully the weather will be good enough to fly it tomorrow.

The problem with using a mains charger to replace dry batteries is that mains chargers are usually unregulated so the output voltage may be significantly higher than the nominal voltage. The fast charger for your plane might just connect the batteries together in which case you may be OK, but if it has any voltage/current regulation then you could end up overloading it.
