I've distilled my posts from the Christmas Group Build thread to provide a retrospective build thread here.

Having not modelled in probably 50 years, I've just bought this.



Because earlier in the year I bought this.



Let's see if I can make it look a little bit like the real one. yikes

Impressed to see they offer both LHD and RHD build options, with appropriate number plates also (German or UK number plates, even with a choice of silver-on-black or black-on-yellow).

Well so far I've managed to make an engine, the gearbox and transfer box, an axle and five wheels. smile



The pace of progress is picking up now the holidays are out of the way ... hehe

Body done, glazing in, dashboard fitted and modification to move spare to bonnet complete. smile





Just a few lights and details to add, then fit the body to chassis. yikes
